Terms of Service

Expert Content Engine helps nonfiction and mission-driven authors turn their voice and book into ready-to-post social media content. You answer interview questions, we generate posts in your voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

By using the service you agree to:

• Provide truthful information about yourself and your work
• Use the service for your own author platform, not someone else's
• Not use it to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service

Founder Access is a one-time payment that includes 300 credits per month for life. Expert Monthly is a recurring monthly subscription. Billing is handled by ThriveCart and Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

If you're not happy with the service within 30 days of your purchase, email us via the contact page and we'll refund you. No hoops, no questions designed to talk you out of it.

Everything you put into the service - your interview answers, your book information, your stories - belongs to you. The content we generate from your answers also belongs to you. You can use it however you want, post it wherever you want, edit it however you want.

The Expert Content Engine software, interface, prompts, methodology, and brand are ours. You're getting a license to use the service, not a license to copy or resell the platform itself.

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and useful, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect, error-free, or always available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
